History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Wiggens was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Wiggens decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
