Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Lia embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In her 13th year, her parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Lia alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by illithids. Lia was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the illithids.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: Gardain hails from a village terrorized by brigands. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: The child of a Unemployed, who enjoyed hunting, Gurdis was taken on many hunting expeditions. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. Being a Carter kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Detective for the past few years.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: Mara is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
