History: Vanchu was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Monk, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Monk in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Through the years after Vanchu was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Vanchu's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. Recently the stress of being a Cartwright has made it difficult for her to sleep.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero; and wants to open a new tavern

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Darrow grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Darrow liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

History: Born to a Dilettante, his mother struggled to pay the bills. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.
