History: Born in the west to a Fletcher, Valafar learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. A gifted student he started as a Sage, but he got bored and became a Fletcher. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
