Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A gifted student he started as a Glassblower, but he got bored and became a Doctor. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.
