History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. She is a great chef.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Laborer kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: Nagrette hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Some 4 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Nagrette never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered singing. She was granted druidic powers by her dying sister.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions.
