Oren Melancon, Male Half-Orc [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He is a physically imposing dark-skinned man. He wears a white vest and prefers brown and white shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His tied-back hair is red. He has a dull look in his amber eyes.
Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Oren was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Oren was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it; and he has passion for adventuring and risk
Flaws: Ugly. Bonds: Adventurer, Enemies, Mentor, Military. Occupation: Marshal

Tiaathque Lathalas, Female Elf [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: She is a paragon of her species. She is larger and stronger than most Elves. Her skin is light but she possesses many yellow ritualistic tattoos. She is wearing a long, blue cloak. Her black hair is singed and shortened. Her gray eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.
History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Tiaathque liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She has worked as a Guard like her mother before her.
