Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. The war was a terrible time for her, and Dagger does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Gifted from a young age, Dagger studied abroad. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Scribe hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was granted martial powers by her dying sister.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

History: Mhurren was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
