History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Rimple alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She can't help but pocket interesting objects she comes across

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Bookbinder and was forced into it by her family; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Mastema fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: An older woman who is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time, she is not a threatening figure. Her small hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Her blue eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: She is a Maurezhi in disguise. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
