He has a small bristly mustache and wavy red hair. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Reynard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Oriel's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: Oriel lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her mother worked until she suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. She had to support her now crippled mother and took her mother's old job. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and an old rival family wants her found

Personality: She hates dire rats. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Dragonborns.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. A gifted student she started as a Courier, but she got bored and became a Seamstress. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Seamstress for hire.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. The war was a terrible time for her, and Sun does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her father was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything.
