Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Kaladan was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After a long history of fighting, Kaladan and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and to find somewhere to settle down

Description: This southern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She wears a yellow tunic with violet highlights, and long tan pants that bunch up around her shoes. Her red hair is heavily combed to the right. Her eyes are likewise violet. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Soapmaker responsibilities is difficult; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Katherine was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her parents enrolled her in a Warlock school at a young age so that she could practice her druidic talents. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.
