Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Gnomes. His skin is dark but he possesses many yellow ritualistic tattoos. He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His hair is long and chestnut with streaks of brown, and is pulled back with small blue clips. His beard is brown, braided, and well cared for. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Sapply alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Description: A plain young-adult woman, she wears a grey vest with golden trim over her white shirt. Her violet leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and her grey boots flare out at the collars. Sporting a blonde mohawk this woman's hair draws a lot of attention. This hazel eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: She is quiet and unassuming. She ignores others and carries on with her job unassumingly. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 5 years.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out.

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy auburn stubble. He prefers to wear flannel. He has a hunchback. His auburn hair is smooth and relatively long. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines hazel.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the north were limited. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: Runty and weak-looking, she wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. She sports a flattop hair cut. Her fierce hazel eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: She is a Jackalwere in disguise. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Guard arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
