History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. After a long history of fighting, Kadana and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and she uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs

Description: This late middle aged man dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head and is in decent physical shape. His auburn hair is singed and shortened. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady amber eyes.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Herbalist born in the past three hundred years. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Herbalist work with an outfit from a few towns over. Herbalist work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and balancing his hectic life and new herbalist responsibilities is difficult

Description: This man tends to wear a yellow poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized ruby on his left hand. His auburn hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions
