History: Gifted from a young age, Halander studied abroad. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. The war was a terrible time for him, and Justin does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His first spouse was a Engraver, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle.

He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep blue leather and dull white iron scale mail. His hair, while still mostly blonde, has prominent grey streaks. His eyes are a pleasant hazel.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Igden was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Miner work with an outfit from a few towns over. Miner work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has worked as a Miner like his father before him.

Motivation: Many brigands want him driven away; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Navigator. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: This woman is very fat, and usually wears her blue robe and has her hand crossbow always slung over her shoulder. Her hair is always cut to a buzz. Her violet eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: Orla speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
