Description: This woman wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath her coat. She has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized sapphire on her left hand. Her silver hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a clover scrunchie. She wears an eyepatch.

Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when she was still a young child. The gnolls captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by gnolls. Millicent was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the gnolls.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and she is greedy

Personality: He hates orcs. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: He got into the Dyer business at a young age. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Dyer. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother.

Description: He is a mite stocky and is wearing a long, black, dusty cloak. He wears his black crest down. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Greethen abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and further expansion of business

Description: He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. He wears a colorful flower in his purple hair. His silver eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and to end his boredom

Description: She dresses in green turtlenecks beneath a brown coat with green slacks. She is portly but not overly obese. Her crest is green and very short. Her gold eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Pogranix's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She is underhanded and not above using her wealth and body to get others to do her bidding.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Dyer arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. Being a Dyer kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable.
