Personality: This man loves dancing and to teach people dancing more than just about anything. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Tim was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. Tim was born on a far eastern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Crown-heir. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
