History: Mella lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Mella was a troubled youth. History: Verin was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her father was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
