Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: Oppah was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She worked as a nervous Dilettante and found it very stressful. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Half-Elven activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Half-Elven doctor. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: She is greedy; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions
