History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Half-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Half-Elven doctor. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
