History: Valida was born in the south. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her father was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. Sariel is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her mother. When Sariel reached her early adolescence her Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent mother.

History: The child of a Mercenary, who enjoyed hunting, Halander was taken on many hunting expeditions. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Being a Detective kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
