Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and a rival would like him out of the picture

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She is wracked by social anxiety.

She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Half-Orc in existence. History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the south. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.
