Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking southern young adult. He has the majority of his body covered in plate. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. He wears a deerstalker hat to cover his moderate length brown hair. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing writing.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Melech was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and retire the richest man in the south

Description: She wears a brown vest and prefers pastel and brown shirts. Her boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. She has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. Her blonde hair is lengthy. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: Born to a Miller, her father struggled to pay the bills. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Miller they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Interpreter, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: She thrives on attention. She does whatever is in her power to gain the attention of whomever she deems a fit date. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: The child of a Scribe, who enjoyed hunting, Moon was taken on many hunting expeditions. Moon was born on a far northern plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Painter. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

History: He was born into a rich family. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Bather for the past few years.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
