History: Shadow lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and balancing his hectic life and new fisher responsibilities is difficult

Personality: Elegant is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of goblins may trigger it at times.

History: Born in the west to a Laborer, Elegant learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Through the years after Elegant was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Elegant's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 10 years.

The war was a terrible time for him, and Leucis does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he loathes his own lifestyle
