History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. In her 16th year, her parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Quillathe alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: This northern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body. Her auburn hair is smooth and relatively long. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She is a Detective first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: Syllin was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Detective. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for her hunting needs. Her hair is blonde, silky, and of moderate length. Her eyes are gray.

Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her father.

History: She comes from a rich western family. Her first spouse was a Sage, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he is dressed in a clean black cloak covering his clean studded leather. He wears his blue crest up. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady red eyes.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Heskan is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
