Description: This eastern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He is typically in his Farmer uniform. His red hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are gray.
Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Farmer. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment, and is pretty ugly. His broad hat is riddled with cuts and holes. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: The child of a Actor, who enjoyed hunting, Drifting was taken on many hunting expeditions. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: She wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized red coat, and she perpetually has her morningstar ready. She has shaved her head bald. Her eyes are gray and she is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Willow is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Willow grew up listening to her father's many stories. Through the years after Willow was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Willow's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Willow fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is her passion

Description: A moderately attractive man, he wears a tan vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His green leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his tan boots flare out at the collars. His hair is white, silky, and of moderate length. His fierce gray eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: Born to a Performer, his father struggled to pay the bills. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Sellsword and was forced into it by his family; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers
