The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Vrondiss grew up listening to his father's many stories. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. The war was a terrible time for her, and Jade does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Jade was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Jade fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Born to a Roofer, her mother struggled to pay the bills. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has dedicated herself to building a better village for her children.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
