History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A freak accident while working with his Layabout mother left him crippled. He became a Engraver soon after.

Personality: Valanthe speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While she appears to be a normal Half-Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes.
