History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Kothûg was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Kothûg's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Kothûg and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Maynild was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Maynild fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
