History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She never wears the same outfit twice, unless she absolutely has to.

History: Burana was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and her religion dominates her actions

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Arara grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Gnomish companion (her 'brother'). She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 5 years.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes drow are coming to abduct people. She disdains her fellow northerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Her necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the north were limited. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 3 years.

Motivation: Marry her sister to traveling adventurers; and she is unsatisfied with her job
