History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Description: This woman is very fat, and wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. She wears a wide-brimmed hat to cover her moderate length white hair. Her violet eyes peer out from beneath her wide-brimmed red hat.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Gardener. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To be a Stableman again.

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy black stubble. He wears a tattered pair of loose blue pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. He has a hunchback. He is bald on top and has large black tufts of hair around his ears. He is baby faced.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and he's repulsed by the pc

Description: A plain young-adult woman, she wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. She wears a top hat to hide her balding. She has a dull look in her gray eyes.

Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature mace.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Description: This southern woman is abnormally tall. She wears a violet cloak and cross-gartered green stockings. Her whole body is exceptionally muscular. Her silver hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Her eyes are blue.

Personality: She is witty, but her monotone delivery comes off as unnerving She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Because her mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, giants burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her father from journeying south to reunite her family. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Many giants want her driven away; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions
