Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She receives visions of the future at random moments

History: She was born at the edge of vast mountains. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: To end her boredom; and she seems to be bored by most things

Description: She is a husky woman, who is well dressed, but even with her fine clothing she looks run-down. Her blonde hair is long and unkept. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Luthra hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. She took after her mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, her mother taught her to defend herself. When her mother died while fighting dire rats, the young Luthra began to lead the lost caravan. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Many dire rats want her driven away; and she wants revenge against dire rats

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes giants are coming to abduct people. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Edge hails from a village terrorized by giants. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Tabaxis in the south were limited. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and a deep hatred of giants

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Nyx lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Dwarven people; and marry her brother to traveling adventurers
