Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it

History: Born to a Beggar, her father struggled to pay the bills. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. Being a Glassblower kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and doesn't want to be a weaver and was forced into it by his family

History: Pijjirik was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Bard, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Bard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dragonborns became a terror of the countryside. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
