History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. History: Paggen was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He worked as a nervous Miller and found it very stressful. He tends to his Miller job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
