Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. The war was a terrible time for him, and Koeth does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Shepherd. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
