History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Tieflings in Shava's homeland. Shava decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
