History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In her 16th year, her parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Orla alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Orla fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He has all his life been fascinated with poetry.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature morningstar.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and expand his business

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the north were limited. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: She seems to be bored by most things.

Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears baggy yellow pantaloons and a brown scarf, and is pretty ugly. Her hair is short and red. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes; and she feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world
