History: Born in the north to a Detective, Joan learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Williamina grew up listening to her father's many stories. In her youth she was a Interpreter, and wanted to be a champion fighter when she grew up. She was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives she lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. She saw the brutality and swore off her fighting aspirations, taking her younger sister on her back after seeing her parents die, and fled the country. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.
