Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Jacoba liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.
