Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Apothecary for the past few years.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Ahlyssa was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Ahlyssa's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
