History: He got into the Sailor business at a young age. Through the years after Qualen was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Qualen's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Qualen was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the drow.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has achieved small success as a Fortune-teller.
