History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. When Cecily reached her early adolescence her Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She now mingles about in high society.

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He typically wears violet cloth garments or leather armor. He sports a long auburn beard, and similarly colored long hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Hunter arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Pelt was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
