Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Dwarf, and stands approximately 4'3". He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time, and his gloved hand is found clutching a morningstar. His chestnut hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a dagger scrunchie. His eyes are likewise gray. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Born in the south to a Baker, Thorin learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Baker for hire.

Description: With white face paint in a stripe pattern across her face, she wears a worn and beaten armor. Her white hair is greasy and uncared for. She wears an eyepatch.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Merchant business.

History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Merchant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, she put together a working one.

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His golden hair is matted, messy, and big. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Barkeep but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and retire the richest man in the south
