History: Symma hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with feathered hat, and is pretty ugly. His crest is bronze and curly. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: Nithther wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Barbarian, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Dragonborn conditions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Halfling compassion; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

Personality: Boddynock is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Assassin profession.

History: Gifted from a young age, Boddynock studied abroad. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Doctor. He became a Doctor soon after.
