Description: This woman stands a little under 4'0" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She wears brown trousers with white and black striped suspenders. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. The war was a terrible time for her, and Anbera does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Oblar was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. After a long history of fighting, Oblar and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: She was born in the south. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. After a long history of fighting, Quilla and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Description: He is lean but muscular and wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with feathered hat. His scarlet crest is unkempt and raggedy. He is baby faced.

Personality: This man loves music and to teach people music more than just about anything. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Pandjed was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Pandjed decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac.

Personality: She hates Dwarves with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: She is content; and to find somewhere to settle down
