History: He was born into a rich family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: This man stands a little under 3'6" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He tends to wear a blue poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. His moppish black hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He has blue eyes.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the south. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. Being a Spy kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Description: The dark-skinned woman stands 2'10" and very much looks the part of a Glassblower. She has done her best to style her chestnut hair to look like a famous performer. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines violet.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Pearl embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. A true patriot, Pearl would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Pearl was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She worked as a nervous Glassblower and found it very stressful. She has worked as a Glassblower like her father before her.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: Ûshgol speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. Ûshgol liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him.
