History: Kali lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Tiefling activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tiefling doctor. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Brewer they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Bather, and she later adopted a second son.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Five was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature hammer.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.

Her red eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: She wants revenge against gnolls; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it
