Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Veit grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and her religion dominates her actions

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. A true patriot, Kathra would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Kathra hails from a village terrorized by giants. She married young, but lost her spouse to giants. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by giants. Kathra was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the giants.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent father.
