History: Laucian was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he desires power and/or immortality

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
