History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. As a very small child her family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. Her mother, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect her and cast a teleportation spell that whisked her away. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Cairn took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up lance and armor he uses now. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Siffress grew up listening to her mother's many stories. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.
