Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Avelina's homeland.
